Maigread Lavan
Solicitor
Maigread has gained over 40 years of experience as a practicing Solicitor. She was awarded a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Liverpool and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 1979.
Maigread has a wealth of experience and knowledge in advising clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, family law issues, wills, probate and the administration of estates.

Martin Lavan
Solicitor & Notary Public
Martin is a Dungarvan native and law graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2008.
Martin practices primarily in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution. He has a particular interest in personal injury litigation and been responsible for running some of the most significant cases within this area in the south of Ireland over the past decade.
His practice encompasses road traffic, public liability, employers liability, product liability, fatal injuries, medical negligence, toxic torts, in addition to coverage and indemnity issues.

Ronan Lavan
Solicitor
Ronan completed his legal studies at University College Cork, Trinity College Dublin and the Law Society of Ireland before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2019.
Prior to joining E.A. Ryan & Co, Ronan gained several years of experience within a leading Dublin law firm.
Ronan has experience within a number of legal areas including Court litigation and dispute resolution, residential and commercial property transactions, family law, probate and the administration of estates.

Legal Executive
Leanne is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology, University College Dublin and Griffith College Cork.
Leanne is a member of the Irish Institute of Legal Executives.
Leanne has extensive experience within the areas of probate and the administration of estates, residential property transactions and licencing law.
